A. Many systems have some Intel hardware in them, including chipsets, audio devices, and network devices. In the past it would cumbersome to try and find the latest and correct drivers, but now you can just go to Intel's site and allow the add-in to install. It will scan your system, display applicable updates and drivers, and allow you to install them easily.
