Printing Multiple Pages from TechNet

Q: How do you export multiple sections of the Microsoft TechNet library to a file?

A: IT pros commonly want to download and even print multiple sections of the TechNet library for offline use. Typically, this would typically require printing and saving each page individually. However, TechNet added a Print/Export Multiple Topics capability:

1. Go to the TechNet site.
2. In the top right corner, click the printer drop-down button and click the Print Multiple Topics link.
3. In the displayed page, click Start--this adds a new bar to Internet Explorer, which allows individual topics or an entire set of topics to added to your custom collection.
4. After all topics are added to your Collection, click the Collection button on the Print Multiple Topics page. This lets you export all the sections to a PDF file, which can then be  printed.
