If you need to view to documents side-by-side, or two Explorer panes, OR
any two dissimilar windows, use the following procedure:
1. Open window number 1.
2. Open window number 2, OR, if it is already open, give it focus.
3. Hold down the CTRL key as you right-click the taskbar icon for Window number 1 and press Tile Vertically.
NOTE: You can hold down the CTRL key as you right-click the taskbar icon for any window that DOES NOT have focus, and press Tile Vertically.
NOTE: The above procedure works in Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and later.
