This behavior will occur if files in the system's
%TEMP% folder have been
encrypted by using the
Encrypting File System (EFS).
To fix this problem:
1. Start / Run / %TEMP% / OK.
2. Use the View menu to Go To and press Up One Level.
3. Right-click the Temp folder and press Properties.
4. Press the Advanced button.
5. Clear the Encrypt contents to secure data box.
6. Press OK, and OK.
7. If you receive a Confirm Attribute Changes dialog, select Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files.
8. Press OK.
