The global nature of the Internet compels businesses to craft Web sites that can appeal to people in their native languages. Microsoft DNA offers a complete globalization framework, the centerpiece of which is the Internet Explorer Web browser. This session will cover the technical basics of globalization, including character sets and Unicode, and will also discuss the rich globalization functionality built into Microsoft's browser. Common technical pitfalls and their remedies will also be discussed.
