When you use the Security Configuration and Analysis tool to analyze or make changes to security settings, the tools leaves some sctxxx.tmp files in your My Documents\Security\Database folder.
NOTE: The xxx string can be any 2 or 3 character string.
These files have no value and can be safely deleted.
