JSI Tip 5593. You can't position the taskbar to be viewable on more than one monitor at a time?

When you try to make the taskbar viewable on multiple monitors, you find that you cannot.

This is a design feature of Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The taskbar is only viewable on one monitor at a time.
