JSI Tip 5441. When a user of Windows 2000 Terminal Services publishes an Outlook calender to the Web, the Terminal Server CPU usage rises above 90 percent?

The subject problem occurs because the users do NOT have access to the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID registry key.

To resolve the program:

1. Use Regedt32.exe to navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID.

2. Select the CLSID sub-key.

3. Use the Security menu to press Permissions.

4. Grant the users or group at least Read permissions.

5. Exit the Registry Editor.
