JSI Tip 5263. How do I use Group Policy to disable Task Manager for a user?

In tip 0070, I described setting DisableTaskMgr, a REG_DWORD data type, to 1, to disable Task Manager for a user.

To disable Task Manger using Group Policy, Enable the Disable Task Manager Group Policy object at
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Logon/Logoff.

If the policy is enabled, when a user starts Task Manager, they receive a message explaining that this action has been disabled by policy.
