JSI Tip 5191. IE 6.0 using NTLM authentication with Proxy or ISA Server sends extraneous NTLM authorization requests?

If you using NTLM authentication with a Proxy or ISA, IE 6.0 may send extraneous NTLM authorization requests.

You may receive 407 Proxy authentication required, incomplete HTML pages, random authentication prompts, and incomplete images.

To workaround this problem, set the MaxConnectionsPerServer value to 1.
