To disable selected NetMeeting features in Windows 2000 and later:
1. Open the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in.
2. Right-click the top-level domain object and press Properties.
3. Select the Group Policy tab.
4. Select the Default Domain Policy and press Edit.
5. Navigate to User Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / NetMeeting.
6. Disable any functionality you wish in the NetMeeting container.
