JSI Tip 4687. When an Administrator changes a local password, they receive an incorrect warning about the password reset disk?

When an administrator uses the Local Users and Groups snap-in to change the password for a local user, they receive:

Any password reset disks the user has created will no longer work.

This message is NOT correct. The user can still use the password reset disk.
