JSI Tip 4541. How do I disable the Taskbar context menu using Group Policy?

I previously described using NoTrayContextMenu to disable the taskbar context menu.

To use Group Policy to hide the menus that appear when you right-click the Taskbar, Start menu, and clock, Enable the Disable context menu for taskbar object at
User Configuration\AdministrativeTemplates\Start Menu & Taskbar.
