JSI Tip 4023. Error during upgrade from W9x - 'Setup cannot determine the correct time zone for your computer'?

When you upgrade from W9x to Windows 2000, you receive:

Setup cannot determine the correct time zone for your computer.

If Windows 2000 has more than one possibility for your current time zone, Setup does not know which one to choose.

You must select the time zone manually.
