JSI Tip 3699. What Group Policy removes the Run command?

In tip 0050, I described the NoRun value name. When NoRun is set to 1, the Run command is removed from the Start menu. Additionally, the New Task button is removed from Task Manager and pressing the Windows key+R, on an extended keyboard, will NOT display the Run dialog box.

The NoRun value name corresponds to the Remove Run menu from Start Menu Group Policy at User Configuration\AdministrativeTemplates\Start Menu & Taskbar.

NOTE: See How can I manage who can use the Windows 2000 CMD prompt?
