JSI Tip 3632. How do I enable or disable server support for internet printing?

Internet printing allows you to configure web pages to view, manage and use printers on the Internet or on your intranet.

To manage printer support for internet printing, you can use the Web-based printing Group Policy at Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Printers.

If the policy is Not onfigured, you can Add Value name DisableWebPrinting, a REG_DWORD data type, at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers. A data value of 0, the default, allows the server to support Internet printing. A data value 1 disables server support for Internet printing.
