When you connect to a RIS server (\\ServerName\Reminst\Admin\I386) to run the Remote Boot Floppy Generator tool (Rbfg.exe) to create a Pre-boot Execution Environment (PXE) emulator that works on supported PCI NICs that do NOT have a PXE ROM, the tool fails to generate the floppy or may generate a general protection fault?
The Rbfg.exe tool only works on Windows 2000.
Since you only need one floppy for all supported NICs, you can create the floppy disks on the RIS server and use Diskcopy to make copies for your clients.
