When you attempt to open a FrontPage Web, FrontPage doesn't open the WEB, but consumes the CPU and memory while trying?
This is generally caused by a corrupt <Web Site>_80_.web file. My local file is located at:
C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache\<Local Web>_80_.web
To resolve the problem, search your drive for *.web files and delete the appropriate file.
FrontPage will rebuilt the file.
