If the subject problem happens to you:

1. Make sure that A: is NOT selected in an open Explorer windows.

2. Make sure the current drive in the CMD prompt is NOT A:.

3. Try changing the output diskette.

4. If you have an anti-virus program, that scans the drive when you insert a diskette, disable the ant-virus.
