JSI Tip 2390. What Intel Pentium processor am I running and at what frequency?

If you have an Intel Pentium processor, download the Windows version of the Intel Processor Frequency ID Utility.

This utility runs on Windows NT and Windows 2000, as well as downlevel 32-bit Windows platforms.

The Intel Processor Frequency ID Utility will determine the standard CPU identification and can determine if a Pentium III is being over clocked.

The utility will enumerate the CPU type, processor family, model, stepping, cache type, cache size, and frequency.

It will enumerate each processor in a multiprocessor configuration.

NOTE: You can also download the bootable version of this utility, which is O/S independant.
