JSI Tip 2235. Windows 2000 doesn't remember my super secret password after an unattended install?

After setting the AdminPassword in the \[GuiUnattended\] section of the answer file, Windows 2000 doesn't remember it?

If you used:

\[GuiUnattended\]
AdminPassword=*MySuperSecretPassword

After the install, your Administrator password is NOT set to *MySuperSecretPassword, it is set to blank.

An asterisk ( * ), anywhere in the string, tells setup to set the password to blank.
