JSI Tip 2109. What are the Windows 2000 default <b>NTFS</b> permissions?

When you install Windows 2000, and indicated that the file system is NTFS, Windows 2000 sets default permissions.

NOTE: If you Convert a drive to NTFS, the default permissions are set to Everyone - Full Control.
