JSI Tip 2080. Windows 2000 won't run poorly written software.

In tip 0820, I introducted the Heap Manager change that was implemented in WinNT SP4.

Windows NT implemented Heaplookaside, in an attempt to get poorly written applications working.

For Windows 2000, the only solution is to beat on (withhold your $$$s) the vendor to correct the code.
