When you use Control Panel / SCSI in Windows NT 4.0, and click on the Properties button, you receive:
Error occurred getting driver list from inf file. Error=536870386
Someone or something has replaced
%SystemRoot%\System32\cfgmgr32.dll.
To fix the problem, get a copy from your original installation media. If it is compressed:
Expand cfgmgr32.dl_ %SystemRoot%\System32\cfgmgr32.dll
If the file is in use, see tip 1908.
