JSI Tip 1871. Cannot connect to TPU with Windows NT 4.0 Workstation?

When you attempt to connect to the Microsoft Team Productivity Update for BackOffice Server 4.5, you may receive:

Object Moved

Internet Explorer
Could not open http://servername/tpuweb

You will also notice that the status bar flashes between

Opening TPUweb at <servername>
and
Opening TPTKWeb at x.x.x.x.

TPU requires Internet Explorer 5 or greater.
