JSI Tip 1167. No more connection can be made.....

If you receive:

   No more connections can be made at this remote computer at this time
   because there are already as many connections as the computer can
   accept.

on your Windows NT Workstation (or This request is not accepted by the network. Try again later from W9x), check the following:

1. The share you are connecting to is not set for an artificially low User Limit.

2. Verfiy that the Server is not running an NFR or MSDN copy of Windows NT
    and the 10 user connection limit has been reached.

3. Check to see if Per Server licensing is in effect and the license limit has been reached.

4. If the Server was upgraded from a Workstation, increase:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Parameters\Users

    from 0x0a to 0xFFFFFFFF.
