When you use Outlook Express to create an e-mail message or newsgroup post, or when you open the Address Book, you receive one of the following:
Address Book failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly configured, please re-install.
The Address Book file has been locked by another application. Please close the other application and try again later.
This behavior will occur if the Address Book file has the read-only attribute.
I have scripted Fixwab.bat to remove read-only attributes from all Address Book files on the disk volume that houses user profiles.
