JSI Tip 0831. New SP4 Knowledge Base keywords.

With the release of Service Pack 4, two new keywords have been added to the Knowledge Base:

NT4SP4FIX - will retrieve articles about fixes that are incorporated in Service Pack 4.

NT4SP4FEA - will retrieve articles about new Windows NT 4.0 features that were added in Service Pack 4.
