A. No this is not a performance improvement but actually flying :-) Excel has a neat Easter Egg which is really old but I've only just found it and thought it was better than work.
- Start Excel 97 (it does not work on Excel 2000)
- Open a new spreadsheet
- Press F5 (the goto command)
- Enter:
X97:L97
Click OK - Press the tab key once to move to M97
- Press and hold the Ctrl and Shift key while left clicking the chart icon on the toolbar
- Cool! Use the mouse to steer and left and right mouse buttons to control speed.
