Alistair G. Lowe-Norris

Alistair is the director of global strategy for adoption and change management (ACM) at Microsoft. He is responsible for growing Microsoft's internal enterprise change management capability and driving strategy for growing change management capability in Microsoft's customers and partners. He is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and a change management instructor. Before this, Alistair was the senior director for worldwide sales, marketing and product management for the enterprise strategy business within Microsoft. Alistair has been with Microsoft for 19 years, holding regional and global leadership roles in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the United States. Prior to Microsoft, Alistair ran his own consulting company specializing in management consulting and technical consulting; wrote five best-selling books and over 50 articles; and lectured on computing, mathematics, business and marketing.
