When authorizing a DHCP server to your domain, you receive:
The DHCP Service could not contact Active Directory.
You have insufficient rights to the configuration container in Active Directory to make changes to the DHCP objects.
Make sure you can contact the Global Catalogue in your domain by using the Netdiag.exe tool.
