Q. Windows Vista allows you to screen capture a window, full screen, rectangular area, or a free-form selection?

The Accessories folder contains a snipping tool that allows you to capture a window, full screen, rectangular area, or a free-form selection and save it as a ,jpg, .gif, .png, or .mht file.

NOTE: .MHT is a new file type that stores an entire HTML page, including graphics.

Before saving the file, the snipping tool allows you to modify it using the built-in pen and highlighter.
