By default, Microsoft Office application menus adjust to show you commands based on the commands you have used recently. Therefore, when you click a menu heading, you will see a short menu of recently-used commands, rather than the full menu.
To expand a menu to see all available commands, do one of the following:
- Click the Expand button (the chevron or double-down arrows) at the bottom of the menu.
- Double-click the menu heading to open the menu, rather than single-click.
- Click the menu heading and wait a few moments. The menu will expand after a short delay.
