JSI Tip 9503. How can I display the Security tab in Microsoft Exchange System Manager?

If you want the Security tab to be displayed when you press Properties, after right-clicking the administrative group you wish, in Exchange System Manager:

1. Open a CMD.EXE window.

2. Type the following command and press Enter:

REG ADD HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\EXAdmin /V ShowSecurityPage /T REG_DWORD /F /D 1

NOTE: You may have to log off and log on for this setting to become effective.

NOTE: REG.EXE is built into Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and later, or installed from the Support Tools on the Windows 2000 CD-ROM.
