JSI Tip 7011. When you use a NETSH command on Windows 2000, you receive 'Invalid interface InterFaceNameOrGUID specified'?

I first mentioned the NETSH command in tip 2536.

You may receive the subject error when you use a NETSH command and the Remote Registry service is NOT started.
