JSI Tip 3991. Winnt32 upgrade to Windows 2000 ignores installation options if you select any accessibility options?

When you select any accessibility options during an upgrade to Windows 2000, Winnt32 ignores any installation options and defaults to using the Winnt folder on the primary partition?

Unfortunately, Microsoft assumes that selecting any accessibility option means that you are impaired and unable to select other installation options.

Add the accessibility options after the upgrade.
