JSI Tip 2915. Windows NT 4.0 Explorer does NOT immediately select the folder that you have selected?

When you select a folder in Windows Explorer, Explorer selects the folder, then it selects the previous folder, and finally selects the correct folder?

If you have Internet Explorer 5.5 installed and you selected the View as Web Page option, this behavior can happen.

To fix the problem, do NOT select the View as Web Page option in Windows Explorer.

NOTE: This behavior does NOT occur in Windows 2000.
