When you right click on My Computer and choose Manage / Storage / Disk Management, there is no Graphical View in the Bottom pane, if you are running at a very high screen resolution.
To workaround this problem:
1. Select Disk Management in the left hand pane.
2. On the View menu, Press Bottom and press Volume List.
3. On the View menu, Press Top and press Graphical View.
