JSI Tip 2634. User and group icons disappear while adding a group using the Backoffice Server Manager on Windows 2000?

When scrolling the list in the BackOffice Server Manager wizard, your user names and icons may turn black.

This can happen if you use the arrows on the scroll bar box to scroll the list.

Either click in the scroll bar or click and hold the scroll bar box to move the list up and down. The users may still turn black.

The wizard was designed for Windows NT 4.0 and does not function properly in Windows 2000.
