JSI Tip 2222. Can I see a history of my Windows 2000 Scheduled Tasks?

The Task Scheduler maintains of log file at:

%SystemRoot%\SchedLgU.txt.

You can read this file while the Task Scheduler service is running. If you want to clear out old entries, you must first Stop the Task Scheduler service.
