JSI Tip 2189. You boot your Upgrade CD-ROM (or setup disks) and can't upgrade to Windows 2000?

To upgrade to Windows 2000, you must boot your existing operating system, and run winnt32.exe from the Windows 2000 CD-ROM.

The following operating systems may be upgraded:

        Microsoft Windows NT 3.51

        Microsoft Windows NT 4.0

        Microsoft Windows 95

        Microsoft Windows 95 OEM Service Release 1

        Microsoft Windows 95 OEM Service Release 2

        Microsoft Windows 98

        Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition
