JSI Tip 1931. How do I make a font available in a CMD prompt?

It is not sufficent to just install a font to make it avaialbe on the Fonts tab of the CMD Properties.

The font must adhere to the following rules:

1. It must be a fixed-pitch font.

2. It can't be an italic font.

3. The font can't have a negative A or C space.

4. A TrueType font must be FF_MODERN.

5. A Non-TrueType font must be OEM_CHARSET.

Special Far East rules:

1. A Non-TrueType font must be Terminal.

2. A TrueType font must use a Far East character set.
