JSI Tip 1187. SCE and deleted user accounts.

When you delete a user account, Security Configuration Editor can not resolve the SID in the ACL, and issues the following message:

Unable to display security information.

Your options are to revert to the standard ACL editor, or:

1. Use File Manager (WinFile.exe) to reset permissions on the directory and subdirectores.

2. You can now use SCE.
