JSI Tip 10431. When you visit the Windows Update Web site from a Windows XP computer, the upper right corner of the Web page displays [Error number: 0x8DDD0004]?

When you visit the Windows Update Web site from a Windows XP computer, you receive an error similar to:

Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page.

The upper right corner of the Web page contains:

\[Error number: 0x8DDD0004\]

I have scripted Fix8DDD0004.bat to resolve this issue.

The syntax for running Fix8DDD0004.bat is:
