JSI Tip 10328. The shadow for a program on the All Programs menu does not disappear after you drag the program outside the Windows XP menu area?

When you drag a program from the Start / All Programs menu on Windows XP, without releasing the mouse button, when the All Programs menu closes and you release the mouse button, the shadow for the program on the All Programs menu does not disappear.

To fix this behavior, press the ESC key to make the shadow disappear.
