After carefully evaluating more than 300 individual product entries, the Windows IT Pro judging panel has selected the finalists for the Best of TechEd 2011 Awards. Editors, authors, and technical editors from Windows IT Pro and SQL Server Magazine will be interviewing vendors onsite at TechEd 2011 next week in Atlanta to complete the judging process and select winners in each of the categories listed below. Products will be evaluated based on strategic importance to the market, competitive advantage, and value to customers.
In addition to the categories you see here, we will also be choosing a Breakthrough Product and Best Cloud Computing Product/Service at the show. TechEd attendees will also be able to vote for their own favorite products with the Attendees’ Pick Award. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Winners will also be announced from the Windows IT Pro and SQL Server Magazine booth on Thursday, May 19, 2011.
