VMWare ships beta for Windows NT

VMWare has finally shipped the beta version of its namesake VMWare for Windows NT, a "virtual platform" that allows developers to run multiple operating systems simultaneously, without rebooting or repartitioning. Originally available for the Linux platform, the Windows NT version of VMWare supports concurrent sessions with Linux, Windows 95, Windows 98, or virtually any other Intel-based operating system.

VMWare for Windows NT beta requires a Pentium II 266 or higher with at least 128 MB of RAM. For more information and the free download, please visit the VMWare Web site
