I can't update DWORD values using REG.EXE.

A. There is a bug in REG.EXE supplied with the NT 4.0 resource kit. Download a fixed version from ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/winnt/winnt-public/reskit/nt40/i386/reg_x86.exe
