Another app which Lenovo includes with their hardware is the Lenovo Settings App.
Just like most other software that accompanies a new system, they are not necessary for advanced users however, the provide a clean interface for everyday users to navigate many aspects of the system.
In this app, many of the links on these pages actually lead to those options in Windows Settings on Windows 10. There are a few that are Lenovo specific and can help a user tweak their system based on recommendations from Lenovo themselves but they are not critical to operating and maintaining the system.
They do provide a nice level of convenience so I would recommend you take a look at them and see if there are some useful options before you decide to abandon them completely.
