IE11 Internet Explorer 9 Mode Required for MSDN Downloads?

Yesterday, in IE 11 is Different Enough to Make it Unusable, I eluded to some troubles I've been having with IE11 that were not present in IE10. I am still pushing through and uncovering some workarounds, which I'll post later on, but it appears other issues are cropping up elsewhere.

Microsoft has created a new KB Article to help those MSDN subscribers who are having issues downloading applications after updating to Internet Explorer 11. In the article, Microsoft gives an 8 step workaround which includes using the IE11 Developer Tools pane and running IE9 emulation.

If you're experiencing the issue, you can locate the steps here: You cannot complete some downloads on the MSDN Subscriptions website

Just something to be aware of.
